Corporate Hog Roast – Lakenheath

One of our many specialities is catering corporate hospitality events, whether it’s for a small local company’s team-building exercise or a national business’s award ceremony, or anything in-between. We have the capabilities and expertise to serve a handful of your employees or hundreds (and we’ve even provided the catering for thousands, believe it or not!) You may prefer a posh affair for your works do, with canapés to welcome the guests and a sit-down menu with several courses, or it may be more to your liking to have our scrummy hog roast rolls served informally – we can do it all, whatever your needs, budget or amount of guests.

When Amanda called us on behalf of her boss, she had been asked to check the prices of a simple hog roast Lakenheath served to around 35 employees. As thanks for all their recent hard work for getting a job done on time for an important client, the boss wanted to reward the staff with a party and had asked for ideas of what type of food to be served. The results were overwhelmingly in favour of a hog roast Lakenheath, so Amanda got all the details from us and said she would call us back within the week. She actually called back to book our services 10 minutes later, adding some fresh salad and coleslaw to the menu, as well as a vegetarian option of vegetable tart for one of the guests.

We arrived at the business premises today, a few hours before the food would be served. After meeting Amanda, we set up the gazebo in one of the loading bays, with our hog roast  Lakenheath machine underneath, and set to work preparing the smallish pig for its roasting. Once done, we just had to keep checking it was cooking well and that the flame stayed lit. Even a pig this size would feed the guests seconds and once tasted, people usually can’t help but return for more.

The employees loved the hog roast, as we must have been complimented by every single person there, and the pig was stripped clean. The vegetarian guest loved the tart, too, and was very happy that he could enjoy delicious food alongside everyone else.
