And in anticipation of those brighter days that we’ve all been waiting for, our team has devised a brand new menu – the Alfresco – that is going to make celebrating even more appealing than it already was!
Featuring gorgeously presented platters of Italian cold cut meats, Mozzarella, Parmagiano and Gorgonzola cheeses; olives and flavoursome sundried tomatoes; served alongside herb-infused breadsticks, homemade crusty loaves and fragrant balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressings; we’re quietly confident that your guests will adore our rustic-style antipasti platters.
Just be sure to let our catering manager know what your preferred serving style is when booking. We can either have these generously covered bamboo boards of savoury goods served directly to each of the tables, or we can dot them around the venue for your guests to help themselves – the choice is entirely yours. Using our masterful machines, the Hog Roast Aylsham team will work on-site to prepare a mind-blowing buffet-style spread; comprising of all the different spit-roast flavours our customers and clients know and love. Tender carvings of succulent pulled pork with perfectly textured rinds, homemade sage and onion stuffing and sharp, but sweet, applesauce; our catering crew never fail to impress with our star recipes.
