Hog Roast Huntingdon is counting down the days to a very exciting event we have with the amazing team at Hotel Chocolat. We will be joining the team once more, on 10th December, to serve up a delicious festive feast. Working with their team is always a highlight in our calendar but this year in particular marks a special milestone, as we’ve had the honour of catering for Hotel Chocolat for 5 years now and every event is always a celebration of great food, great people and a shared love for a tasty feast.
If you’re not familiar with the Hotel Chocolat brand (you’re missing out if not!) They appreciate great quality and carefully crafted food, which is something we are proud to have in common with them. They were founded in 2004 and have since grown into one of the UK’s most-loved premium chocolate makers. They are one of the world’s few chocolate makers to grow cacao on their Saint Lucian cacao farm too.
As the Hog Roast Huntingdon team prepares for the special date, we are planning a comforting and hearty menu. As this is a larger event, we will have two serve times, 12:00pm for the first 150 guests and 10:00pm for the final 50, we can already smell the irresistible aromas filling the air and hear the happy guests talking between
themselves.
Our catering manager Andrew, has planned a crowd-pleasing menu, which is perfect for a chilly December menu. With two different meats to choose from, guests can fill their plate with either slow roasted pig or succulent turkey. Here at Hog Roast Huntingdon, we ensure that no guest misses out on the flavour, which is why we are also offering grilled veg & halloumi skewers or flavour-packed BBQ pulled jackfruit. Of course, no festive feast is complete without a variety of sides to pair perfectly with the main events. Guests will be spoilt for choice as our sides range from yorkshire puddings, soft bread rolls and cauliflower cheese to crispy roast potatoes, glazed seasonal vegetables and pigs in blankets. All smothered in rich, warming gravy. All of our classic flavours, with a festive twist.
We’re thrilled to be returning for another amazing event. Catering for Hotel Chocolat always feels special and this year will be no different. With a delicious menu, a great team, and a festive season atmosphere, we’re ready to make the day unforgettable. Here’s to another exciting celebration, and to many more years of working together.
