The event welcomed 60 guests for an afternoon full of flavour, conversation and well earned appreciation. Our experienced catering manager Andrew led the service, in which we provided a menu that impressed the team while creating a relaxed atmosphere, where everyone could unwind together. And what better way to bring this all together than with our Southern Slow Roast Menu? Guests tucked into tender BBQ pork butt, rich and smoky beef brisket, and juicy cajun spiced chicken, all freshly prepared on site long before the guests arrived and served with a range of sides. Guests could pile their plates high with creamy mac and cheese sweet potato fries and a fresh seasonal green leaf salad.
We also know how important it is to cater for a diverse guest list at corporate events, which is why delicious grilled vegetable and halloumi skewers were available for the vegetarian and vegan guests. Everything was served with a selection of bread rolls and wraps, giving guests the freedom to build their perfect plate.
