On Sunday 18th April, our Hog Roast Needingworth team was proud to exhibit our services at the Cambridge Marina Wedding Fair and reminded us of why we love doing what we do! From the moment the doors opened to many happy couples, it was clear that the atmosphere of the day was going to be one filled with inspiration, excitement and of course, tasting good food.
Our team, led by catering manager Andrew, were there on hand to showcase what Hog Roast Needingworth do best, bringing people together over tasty food and the best way to prove this was to bring a variety of delicious samples to try.
Many of the couples who passed by our station said that our antipasti grazing table was a highlight of their day. We served up a delicious selection of Italian meats, including prosciutto parma ham and salami, paired with a range of cheeses like buffalo mozzarella, parmigiano, and gorgonzola. Alongside that, guests could tuck into artisan breads such as, herb focaccia, ciabatta and crisp breadsticks, all drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and rich balsamic vinegar. Safe to say, there wasn’t much left by the end of the day!
The event held by Cameridge Marina was the perfect day for couples that wanted to swap scrolling on their phones for ideas for an immersive experience, meeting East Anglia’s most trusted wedding suppliers, from photographers and entertainment to venues and of course, the caterers. Our team was on hand throughout the day to chat with excited couples and help bring their vision to life.
