Catering For 300 Guests At The Wild Duck Holiday Park

Our menus range from our firm favourite classic slow roasted hog served in a roll or wrap to our Southern Slow Roast Menu through to formal indoor or outdoor buffets and sit-down events.  Lanarkshire - pig4In this case, the client wanted our traditional hog in a roll option but with veggie skewers, mixed salad and coleslaw and with a mix of rolls and wraps.  There are many good caterers for this type of event but one of the things that makes Hog Roast Great Yarmouth stand out is not only the professional service and the very high-quality food, but also the flexibility and adaptability that we have to be able to tailor our menus for the clients’ requirements.  This was no exception and we always try to fulfil the client’s expectation and requirements and wherever possible surpass them; we always welcome feedback and regularly receive very complimentary comments from young and old alike.

With a serving time scheduled at 7pm, we arrived well in time to set up our equipment and to start roasting the hog; this usually creates immediate interest from guests close by and this event was no different and once we started to get the hog roasting, many guests came over to find out where the delicious aromas were coming from and with their mouths watering.

Some of the guests had already sampled our food at previous events that Hog Roast Great Yarmouth had catered for and many commented that every time the food has been delicious; feedback from this event was no exception too!
