Having been at the head of the industry for the past two decades, Hog Roast Brandon have had the chance to create a range of comprehensive catering packages, which provide our clients with truly limitless choices; meaning you’ll never again have to worry about finding the right menu to suit your occasion! Recently, we received a booking from Nathan who was looking for us to spice up his bachelor party with a gorgeous spit roasted pig, and as always, we were more than happy to help.
As a keen outdoorsman, Nathan had arranged for himself, and 30 other lads to begin their day with some wall-climbing, leading to a zip-lining stint which was to be followed by a few rounds of paintball, before rounding off the afternoon with an appetising buffet and some well-deserved pints at a log cabin. With a busy itinerary laid out in front of them, the client had asked that we serve the pig with a selection of side dishes, and at the recommendation of our catering manager, Nathan chose to complete the menu with crunchy coleslaw, colourful salads and loaded fries.
When the day of the event rolled around, the Hog Roast Brandon team were up bright and early to ready the catering van and after following the SatNav’s directions for three-quarters of an hour they finally arrived at the log cabin Nathan had rented for the night. Using our Hogmaster, the team spit roasted the whole pig and just before they could carve it up, Nathan and stag party arrived.
After a long and tiresome day, the client and his guests were ravenous, so they were glad to be greeted with a flavoursome feast. In fact, with so much delicious food on offer their only concern was figuring out what to eat first!
