Hog Roast Dunwich at heads of local businesses lunch.

Hog Roast Dunwich’s latest event was a corporate lunch for the heads of large local businesses. The clients booked the team to provide a stellar lunch for the assembled 30 business people, it had to be tasty and filling. The lunch would set the semi-formal tone of the gathering, allowing the guests to relax over a meal while still considering the conference they were attending.

The clients wanted a luxurious, semi-formal buffet for their guests to enjoy. As such they worked with the Hog Roast Dunwich team to put together a buffet menu that would have tasty treats for all to enjoy.

The menu for the buffet was exciting and perfect for warming up the guests on the chilly day of the conference. There was delicious Slow Roasted Sirloin of beef served with horseradish sauce, Yorkshire puddings and homemade red wine gravy, as well as a very tasty vegetarian alternative on offer. There was also 2 types of salad served in large serving dishes, they were: a Fresh Green Leaf salad and colourful Tomato & Basil salad. Completing the buffet was lots of warm new potatoes in herb butter, which are always a favourite at Hog Roast Dunwich events.Hog Roast Holme Next the Sea

As part of the catering option that the clients selected, a Catering Assistant and a Spitting Pig Chef prepared and cooked all the dishes that formed the buffet. These dishes were all created at the large hotel conference room venue in the hours between the Chef’s arrival and the 12:30pm lunchtime serving time. Every dish was prepared by hand and made to the highest standard.

The team also provided the serving table, high quality re-usable wooden bamboo crockery and cutlery for the guests to use, as well as disposable napkins. All the waste was taken from site at the end of the buffet, leaving the guests able to continue with their conference.

The local business heads were delighted by the buffet. The food was very well received and enjoyed by all. The clients were glad that they had worked with the Hog Roast Dunwich team for their event.
