Hog Roast Kings Lynn – Building Up an Appetite with Our Corporate Catering!

As a corporate caterer Hog Roast Kings Lynn are proud to work with many local businHog
Roast Kings lynn esses to provide valuable catering services that boost the local community in more ways than one. This weekend it was the turn of the local construction staff of Morgan Sindall who required a quick weekend lunch to tide them over a very busy and tiring construction job right here in East Anglia.

A local site from Ipswich, Morgan Sindall contacted us looking for our corporate catering for one of their jobs with around 80 workers on site. Any kind of construction is of course going to be hungry work, and you don’t want your construction staff putting up houses in the local area on an empty stomach, so of course we at Hog Roast Kings Lynn were more than happy to help out over the weekend.

Working with construction staff is a regular occurrence for our catering teams all across the nation, not only just here in East Anglia. It’s easy to see why once you are on site with these hard-working construction men and women. It’s a hard graft that requires plenty of energy, so any form of catering is going to go a long way for some very grateful workers. We have found that a hog roast goes down a treat for such a group. Not only is it delicious, but it is also plentiful when you cook up even just one pig alone – never mind all the added accompaniments we serve along with it. One Hog Roast Kings Lynn pork roast alone could feed 100 guests, so for this job where we were feeding 80 it was the perfect option. Even if these were some of our hungriest customers in some time, once we added in our homemade sage and onion stuffing, golden crackling, creamy coleslaw, our refreshing salads, and our assortment of rolls and wraps, there was easily enough to go around! There may have even been a few grabs of seconds, too!

The Hog Roast Kings Lynn team would just like to thank Morgan Sindall for having us out to site once again, along with all the lovely workers we had the pleasure of serving, too. We can’t wait to see the finished project go up in Kings Lynn!
