As a business man, I always rely on Hog Roast Loddon to cater my large corporate events. After owning my own company for several years, I needed a team that I could arrive on time and serve up delicious, locally sourced meals. I contacted Hog Roast Loddon for the first time 3 years ago after they were recommended to me by a friend. After a 20-minute phone call with one of their advisers, I had booked my first caterer for my New Year’s Eve corporate event here in Loddon.
The team member explained to me that they had several menu options, including formal sit down meals or causal buffets. I chose a menu that was informal but super tasty. This included a large, slow roasted hog, floured bread rolls, herb and butter potatoes, an array of salads and of course, their famous crispy crackling. I informed my colleagues and we were all equally excited to try out the well-known Hog Roast Loddon’s feast.
On the day of the event, two gentlemen arrived with a shiny hog roasting machine and plenty of ingredients. It looked delicious before they began cooking! As I set up my hall with chairs and tables, the room began filling with a rich, tasty smell of smoked hog. This was already a delight! As my team mates filled the hall, we all queued up around the work station ready to pile our plates with the arrangement of food. The hog roasting chef carved the meat and it fell from the bone onto our plates, it fed all 45 of us! Some of us even went up for seconds. Compliments were flying around the room from all of us, including my good friend Michael who only ate vegetarian options, he had a mountain of salad, potatoes and sauces, even that looked colourful and fresh. Soon enough, we were all full and the most satisfied group in Loddon. All thanks to hog roast Loddon and their reliable, delightful service.
As the evening came to a close, I personally thanked the team and offered to help tidy away but they had it all under control. As we partied away, they cleaned their area and after they left, our bellies were full and our dancing began.
