Since 1606, a year after Guy Fawkes’ plans to blow up parliament fell through, the UK has commemorated his failure by setting off fireworks, creating bonfires and indulging in some delicious food with friends and family! As caterers, it’s no surprise that we’re particularly fond of the food aspect of this holiday, and we believe our menus are the perfect match for the occasion!

For Ross, Bonfire Night is one of the best holidays there is, and he is well known among friends, family and neighbours for hosting epic parties. With lots of land at his disposal, he always goes to great lengths to build a massive bonfire for the occasion, and he usually makes a massive buffet for everyone to munch on while they watch the fireworks pop off against the dark skies.
However, with more people expected to attend this year’s party than ever before, Ross had decided to call in the big guns (that’s us, by the way!) to handle the catering on his behalf. Hog Roast Martham’s catering managers, Andrew and James, are thrilled to have been chosen for this event and cannot wait to impress Ross and his guests with a bespoke buffet comprising hog roast rolls, beef burgers, gourmet hot dogs, BBQ pulled pork buns and a whole host of sides!
