As spring blossoms and the weather warms, outdoor events are springing up like daisies, filling communities with joy and excitement. This past weekend, Hog Roast Norwich’s catering team had the pleasure of joining in the festivities at a classic car show, where the air was filled with the rumble of engines and the aroma of delicious food.
While we may not be experts in vintage automobiles, we were thrilled to be part of such a vibrant celebration. The community truly outdid themselves, turning out in droves to revel in the nostalgic charm of retro motors. Enthusiasts marvelled at the impressive display of classic cars, while adrenaline junkies put their skills to the test on a car race simulation machine, vying for the highest score, which came with the promise of a coveted £250 gift voucher.
But the fun didn’t stop there. For the younger crowd, there were fairground rides, a bungee jump, and a bouncy castle, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. And amidst the excitement and laughter, Hog Roast Norwich’s catering duo, Andrew and James, brought people together with our iconic Classic Hog Roast Menu.
Serving up succulent pulled pork on gluten-free and wholemeal rolls, topped with sage and onion stuffing, crunchy crackling, and a dollop of applesauce, our hog roast was a hit with guests of all ages. The tender, moist meat melted in their mouths, offering a perfect balance of savoury goodness and subtle sweetness.
As guests relished each bite, they couldn’t help but rave about the quality and flavour of the hog roast, declaring it the perfect accompaniment to a day filled with fun and adventure. With satisfied smiles and full bellies, they continued to explore the wonders of the 
classic car show, creating memories that would last a lifetime.
