As a corporate caterer Hog Roast Spalding regularly works with various businesses and individuals to fulfil various dining and service needs for staff, clients, and events. On any given weekday you are likely to find us an office or warehouse preparing lunch for a staff team, or serving up a special dining experience for a client deal to help get the handshakes and signatures over the line.
We have worked across multiple industries, brought dining to some of the biggest globally recognised brands as well as small locally owned family businesses. In that time, we like to think we have absorbed a little bit of business acumen from the various clients we have worked alongside, but all of that knowledge pales in comparison to all that there was to be learned about business at Guys Head Cottage a couple of weeks ago, as the Hog Roast Spalding team catered for a very special business seminar, hosted by Lewis.
Our corporate catering has been a part of many a seminar, industry event, networking shows, etc. We know that for such events there are going to be a lot of talks, a lot of information to gleam, and plenty of networking to be had to. All of that requires a good bit of fuel for the brain to carry on with, which is exactly where our specialised catering comes in! We may not quite have Lewis’ business acumen, but we’ll bet it all that we have him beat on culinary skill!
Head chef Andrew and the Hog Roast Spalding team enjoyed taking in some of the seminar in between preparing our hog roast, along with sage and onion stuffing, marinated chicken thighs, crispy crackling, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, roasted new potatoes, and various salad accompaniments for added freshness. In between breaks, the 180 guests were free to come by the Hog Roast Spalding catering table and pick up their rolls, wraps, pulled pork and whichever other toppings and accompaniments they wanted. From what we picked up from the event, we reckon we have just helped fuel the next decades of top level British business to come!
