Hog Roast Sudbury – Braving the Breeze for a Barbecue

It feels like every single day we have a new storm on our hands here in the UK, but nothing is going to stop Hog Roast Sudbury from delivering our customers the foods and services they want for their event. Even with the rain crashing down, the wind blowing a gale, and the cold making the outdoor air feel sharp, who says you still can’t enjoy a great summer barbecue?

That was certainly the case foe our newlyweds, Kim and Graham, who brought the Hog Roast Sudbury team out for catering support to their wedding reception this past week. Kim and Graham were originally meant to have a summertime wedding, but COVID-19 restrictions meant that they had to unfortunately delay, and February became the earliest they could get back into their event hall. It became a toss up between waiting for their original date again in summer, or just going straight for it at the earliest opportunity, and having already waited so long the loving couple were simply desperate to get married surrounded by all their friends and family as quick as they could. They came up with a great compromise however: why wait for summer when you can bring the tastes and themes of summer to you! Having enjoyed a Hog Roast Sudbury event before, they knew just where to come, and we were more than happy to provide them with our specialist gourmet barbecue range to help them achieve their dream!

Hog Roast Sudbury The rain may have been pouring outside (which in all honesty, isn’t too far off a British summer anyway!) but that wouldn’t halt us from enjoying a barbecue inside. Our specialised hog roasting machines are capable of barbecuing as well, and their contained units means it can work indoors or out. Guests enjoyed the Hog Roast Sudbury gourmet range of sausages, handmade burgers, chicken kebabs, ribs, BBQ pulled jackfruit, all grilled to perfection with an accompaniment of Greek salad, our own homemade coleslaw, and a healthy does of fries for  summer barbecue like no other! You’d never have even known it was winter in that room…
