Hog Roast Thetford’s Fantastic Low And Slow Menu

One of our very popular menus here at Hog Roast Thetford is our Southern Slow Roast Menu, which is just what Barry asked for when he booked our catering services recently. This versatile menu gives you a choice of three marinated meats from a possible five and four sides from a possible seven, including both hot and cold options, as well as a vegetarian choice if needed. The most difficult decision is likely which scrumptious meats to choose for your special occasion, from our mouthwatering spicy lamb, barbecued pork butt, Texan beef brisket, Cajun chicken, and sticky pork ribs. When it comes to the sides, you get to choose from corn cobettes, mac and cheese, jacket potatoes, spicy sweet potato wedges, a Greek salad, a green leaf salad and our homemade Memphis coleslaw.

On the day of Barry’s party, we roasted his choice of meats – pork, chicken and beef – low and slow, so at a low temperature for a long time. Together with his choice of wedges, mac and cheese, coleslaw and baked potatoes, Hog Roast Thetford cooked up a storm for him and his thirty-five guests, and they couldn’t get enough of our amazing Southern Slow Roast Menu.
