Earlier this year, Hog Roast Stalhalm was contacted by Ella to arrange a catering menu for her son’s upcoming 7th birthday. The party was set to include a superhero theme, with fancy dress for the guests, plenty of themed activities, and a visit from a real-life spiderman! For the menu, our team was hired to serve our gourmet BBQ menu, as it includes plenty of dishes for parents and children to enjoy. The menu is an ideal buffet catering choice for the party and is sure to be a great addition to the occasion.
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Stalhalm team arrived at the venue in the morning to prepare the menu for the 2:00pm serving time. We began with the main dishes, which included succulent pork sausages, British beef burgers, veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and marinated chicken kebabs. The mains were served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the assortment of sides, we served homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a variety of fresh salad dishes. Overall, our menu went down a treat and was a great addition to the birthday party. There were plenty of dishes for the guests to choose from, allowing everyone to create their perfect lunch from what we had to offer.
