The Hog Roast Halesworth Team Host A Retirement Party

   Recently, Wendy decided it was finally time for her to retire and decided to have a fantastic retirement party to celebrate the occasion. She had worked at the company for nearly forty years it was finally time for her to say goodbye. Wendy hired out a local social club and some entertainment including a DJ and a magician.

  Wendy selected Private Party Menu Two for her party as the Southern Slow Roast Menu offered a fantastic variety to her guests. The Hog Roast Halesworth team cooked the food fresh onsite using locally sourced ingredients to ensure that their food tasted fantastic. She selected the BBQ Pork Butt, fall off the bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs and Creole pulled quarter of spiced lamb to serve to her guests. Alongside these were a variety of hot and spicy speciality sauces to add extra flavour to the Hog Roast Halesworth team’s main meats. In addition, the buffet also increased corn cobettes, mac and cheese, skin on southern style whole baked potatoes and Cajun spiced sweet potato fries. Alongside the meats, the team also served a vegetarian option of vegetable and halloumi wraps with Tzatziki sauce.

  As the guests enjoyed their Hog Roast, the team ensured that there was plenty for everyone to have second helpings. The team’s head chefs worked tirelessly to ensure that all of the meat was cooked to perfection and the food was of the highest quality to meet to usual high standards of the Hog Roast Halesworth team’s food. The team also ensured that the meat was deliciously tender and filled with lots of flavour when the guests were ready to eat the buffet. The team also kept the meat warm but ensured that it did not dry the meat out and leave it tough which makes the team a brilliant addition to any long event as they can keep the food on hold and ready to serve whenever your guests are ready. Wendy was pleased that her guests had had a fantastic night and were very happy with their catering. The party was a great way to end her time at the company and all of her colleagues had a great time celebrating this with her.
