Hog Roast Fornham All Saints

Mid-December is possibly the coldest part of winter, and for hog roast Fornham All Saints it was another smashing event. With lots of festive fun for the kids and a brilliant band playing all the Christmas songs, everybody was definitely in the spirit! This week’s event was held in a big barn house, and what better way to celebrate Christmas than to be eating a mouth-watering hot sandwich and prepared by hog roast Fornham All Saints in front of a big log burning fire. Our clients had asked us to prepare a succulent 2014-04-12 15.24.52whole roasted pig with our chefs own gravy, delicious apple sauce and our very own piping hot sage and onion stuffing. To go with that we made a vegetarian Spanish quiche made with peppers, mushrooms and onions for our vegetarians. Everybody sat down for the meal whilst listening to some of the best Christmas songs from the 80’s and watching the snow fall outside. Once the meal had been finished, our clients put on a little competition, children verses adults and it was to see who could build the biggest snowman! The children set about their task straight away and it took just over an hour but of course it was the children that came out on top winning the competition. Everybody loved the all day and we had plenty of good feedback for our catering, overall everybody had a brilliant time and hog roast Fornham All Saints would love to cater for these people again.
