The whole team here at Hog Roast Wells has been at a valiant effort over the last week helping our customers through the new governmental and lockdown changes affecting their planned events. Ever since the Prime Minister’s announcement last Monday Hog Roast Wells has been inundated with calls from stressed out clients worried about the future viability of their own events. We’ve been proud to be able to help these customers as best we can this week under the new circumstances. It is no easy feat but we are working through each case to ensure as best we can that both we and our customers are happy and comfortable to continue to proceed with their events in whatever capacity they can.
The new changes to event guidance have meant that some events such as weddings and private parties can now usually have no more than 30 guests in attendance and there are certain stipulations about the environments we are allowed to work in. It has been tough for all to adapt to these changes on the fly but every member of the fine Hog Roast Wells team has made us proud with their commitment and effort to our lovely customers.
We want the best for our customers, and we want the best for our own events too so we will continue to push for the best service we can under the circumstances. We understand that the changes are not ideal for many and so we’ve been adaptable where possible to helping customers rearrange, change locations or rework their event to fit the new guidance. Some customers may want to hold off on their events going forward until after this 4 week pause which is entirely fine and understandable for us. We’ll keep you notified of all opportunities when we can as we continue to keep our ear to the ground for future changes.
