Matt and Holly have been together for over thirty years and never had any definite plans to get married until they attended their daughter’s wedding last summer. Since then, they have been thinking about having a celebration of their own, and it was confirmed when Matt proposed this spring. Now the pair are busy organising their perfect wedding, which will be taking place this summer. Hog Roast Lowestoft catered for their daughter’s wedding with a delicious slow-roasted hog, and our catering manager Andrew has been hired to cater for this wedding too, since our menu was such a success. The pair are hoping for a small and intimate reception in their garden, which will be transformed by beautiful plants and flowers. When combined with a delicious menu, this is sure to be a wonderful wedding!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Lowestoft team will be arriving at the private venue in the morning and getting to work on our menu. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook for around five hours. Once ready, the succulent pork will be expertly carved and served with roasted baby potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Additionally, we will be serving marinated chicken kebabs and pork sausages, which will ensure that there are plenty of dishes for each guest to enjoy.
