Earlier this year, Hog Roast Lowestoft was contacted by Frankie to see if we had a menu that would be a good fit for his garden party. He had planned a party to take place at his home this July, with picnic benches and blankets in the garden to ensure that there would be plenty of space for everyone. He loves tending to his garden and has created a wonderful outdoor space, making it the perfect location for a party! For the catering, Frankie wanted a menu that would taste great in the sunshine, with plenty of dishes for his guest list to enjoy. We discussed several options and decided that our BBQ menu would be perfect, since it is such a varied option.
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Lowestoft team arrived at Frankie’s home in the morning and got to work on preparing our catering station. We started our prep by barbequing the main dishes, which included succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes were served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we served homemade chips, roasted baby potatoes, and a variety of fresh salad dishes, to create a balanced and tasty lunch. We served our menu buffet style, which was ideal for allowing every guest to create a delicious lunch from the dishes that we had to offer. Our catering was a great addition to the party and it was great to see every guest enjoying our menu!
