Fun in the sun is what we had at the weekend a great day and it didn’t even feel like work! Hog Roast Holkham Hall were catering for a christening and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! Lamb and beef on the menu and the meat had us all mesmerised! Perfect succulent meat moist and it just fell apart on the bone as we carved the meat and placed the meat into huge crispy buns freshly made on the day. Hog Roast Hire made some wonderful honey glazed vegetables and they not only looked amazing but they also tasted amazing too! 
The baby was ever so cute and tiny and not a peep out of him ever so well behaved and the parents were charming and they were so appreciative of our food and we were asked if we would come back next month and cater for their wedding anniversary lunch and we were so pleased to say yes and could think of nothing nicer! We love to be asked back to another hog roast at Holkham Hall for more work that is when we know we have done good it is the best compliment we could ever receive and a lot of our work comes along this way, hog roasting is ever so popular and to be honest this has been our busiest year to date and we d think that with the good summer we have had has been key to our success this year whenever the sun shines people want to be out door catering and who can blame them nothing nicer that out door catering and this year we have been particularly busy with weddings and christenings alike and are so grateful for all the word of mouth that has helped our business so much. After the christening we said our good byes and headed home and an early finish for us the first one in a long long time and we were so pleased the sun was still shinning so we could enjoy the last few hours of sun just relaxing with a nice cupper and that is what we call heaven!
