Catering we say is what makes us tick! We love nothing more than being out on the open road window and the breeze upon our faces heading goodness knows where catering for a hog roast in Great Fransham for an up and coming event meeting lots of wonderful people and having such fun! 
This weekend was no exception, we headed west to cater for a wedding party a rather smaller number than we are normally used to but just as important, catering for two hundred and the event was being held in the local country pub, Hog Roast were asked to cook chicken and beef and make a three course meal to which is one of our favourites and we couldn’t wait to get started! Hog Roast Great Fransham got to work straight away and as soon as the machines were set up we began to cook soup of the day to begin with vegetable or chicken with crispy crunchy croutons then the main meats with creamed mashed potatoes vegetables and thick gravy and for the dessert we made a lovely fruit cocktail with fresh cream. The meals were all made and we were just waiting for the bridal party to arrive and on queue as they arrived in the door we began to serve the food the food really did look so tasty and the smell was mesmerising we really had done our selves really proud! Hog Roast Hire waiting staff chatting to the guests and all were really loving the food and all complimented us on the great effort we had put in and a few of the guest asked us if we did Christmas parties and we of course do and it is one of our favourites so we came away with another few orders and that is what always makes the jobs so worthwhile knowing that we have impressed and others wish to hire us for events. We tended to think a few years ago that September was our quieter month not this month though busier than ever and our business is growing rapid and our dedication really has paid off to show where we are today.
