Catering in cold weather out door is actually so good! The food is simply amazing outdoors! Picture the scene, cold chill in the air and hungry now what could be nicer than a nice hot chicken and stuffing sandwich yummy! We were doing just that on Friday evening Hog Roast Buxhall were catering for a festival and out door too! 
We arrived and there was already lots of people there we set up the machine and put it into BBQ mode then we unpacked and got cooking the delicious food, whopper chunky pure beef burgers, jumbo pure pork sausages and fresh chicken wings and breasts and from the meat into a soft plump bread bun and then lots of ketchup, mustard, onions and mushrooms now really what could be better say a nice cup of tea or coffee or even soup we had all that too! Hog Roast Hire Buxhall always bring such an assortment with them to each event more than requested and we like to bring little extras and we do so free of charge it’s a good way of getting our new recipes tasted and we had a new one at the weekend we were making our famous diced potatoes and decided to try out a new spice for the potatoes and a new dressing we had been trying to perfect this for some months and now it was time to try it out and the couples certainly were not disappointed they really did enjoy the treats and we had excellent feed back which we love we are now confident of adding the new food to our menu. We cooked some food at the weekend and didn’t seem to stop we could see that all were very hungry and we get such satisfaction out of feeding lots of people and knowing the food has been appreciated makes it all worth while! We do love winter catering and to be honest prefer it more than summer you may find that hard to believe but when you experience eating nice food in the cold you will understand why give us a call for all your catering needs…
