The weather has taken a great turn in the last week or so, which reminded our customer Jackie just how great it is to host a garden party. Hog Roast Aldeburgh has catered to Jackie’s parties several times in the past few years, so we were very happy when she contacted us this week to cater her first garden party of the year at the start of April. Our catering manager Andrew has been hired to serve our gourmet BBQ menu, which is always a hit at these events. Nothing tastes better than a sunny barbeque and this menu has a wide variety of dishes for the guests to enjoy, making it perfect for any guest list!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Aldeburgh team is planning to provide a wide variety of main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the sides, the guests can enjoy homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a selection of fresh salad dishes. Overall, this is sure to create a great buffet menu, allowing every guest to create their perfect meal from what we have to offer.
