March is upon us.

March is upon us already the months are starting to fly by so quickly! Hog roast St John’s Fen End  have their first March event at the weekend and we are really looking forward to it. The event is a huge corporate event and we are catering for a few thousand people and have had to draft in extra staff no expense has been spared and we are putting on a show! The star of the show is the pig dressed in all its glory and we have pre ordered the pig ready to go! Lamb, beef and chicken too all ordered from our first class suppliers we have been asked to pop the meat into sandwiches and make some salads we are also making a huge batch of our special apple-sauce and have just recently improved the recipe. Hog roast hire St John’s Fen End  have catered for an event similar to this before so we know what to expect and the day will be a challenge but one we will rise to! We have drafted in extra staff from a reputable agency, which we use when we have big events and the staff are fantastic and well qualified in catering. Next weekend we are north west to a charity event and we are hosting this event free it is for a local children’s charity and we are supplying the food free of charge catering for a few hundred people this has become a regular event and one we are proud to be associated with the charity. The summer is fast approaching and we are heading for the busiest time of the year our website has just been updated and we have a selection of new menu’s and our pricing has not risen again we are determined that our customers share in the profits and we are able to do this by not increasing the cost of menus, Hog roasting is really popular and we are proud to be serving the community and beyond with our delicious mouth watering food and are most grateful for our loyal customers, old and new and would like to thank them all for their continued support.
