Hog roasting for over fifteen years and still going strong with a dedicated team of Watton hog roasters we couldn’t be more proud of our business and again this weekend as we have done so for the past fifteen years we were out catering for the British public! A dab hand at hog roasting and there is nothing we don’t know about doing a hog roast in Watton as we are experts and we say that confidently and through hard work we have gained our lace amongst the best. A lovely village not far from us and we were catering for a 21st birthday for a very handsome chap! Just returning from back tracking around the world he had tasted hog roasting on his travels and loved it and he wanted his friends and family to taste it too so that is where we came in. Pig was ordered and all the trimmings crisp crackling, apple sauce and beefy big buns lots of hot mustard and plenty of leafy greens couldn’t ask for more, the chap asked if he could help carve the pig in front of his guests and we couldn’t say no and he was certainly good and he knew just where to carve we were really impressed! Hog roast Watton served the food onto the lovely set tables and we were interested to see what the guests though? We didn’t have to wait long as we were greeted by scores of appreciation everyone was so impressed. We make the most delicious crackling we score the skin drizzle it in oil and then hog roast hire Watton do their magic and cover the skin in our special herbs and spices and it didn’t go unnoticed the guests were so impressed and said they hadn’t ever tasted crackling as delicious ever before, the chap had a lovely day and he o so embarrassed when all his friends stood up and sang happy birthday still a boy at heart we thought! Next weekend we are heading west for a rather large gathering a wedding and we are a little apprehensive as it will be the largest in our fifteen years party for two thousand, oh well we will cope!
