We wanted to write and thank Paul our Head Chef for the wonderful food that he provided on Saturday (7th July) at my 50th birthday garden party. It was incredibly hot, but he was both professional and really friendly and joined in by watching the big England game with us all. The food was delicious and he went out of his way to find me and Matt (my husband) to provide us with a jam packed full roll of meat, as he had noted that neither of us had managed to find 5 minutes to stop and eat ourselves with guests constantly arriving. Everything went perfectly. We would be really grateful if Paul is sent a copy of this ‘thank you’ and make sure that he knows that near enough everyone as they left made a point of saying how beautifully cooked the pork was and how professional he was. We will be enjoying the pork for some days yet.
