Hog Roast Felixstowe catered Wendy’s 21st birthday on Saturday evening, where we served up a hog roast meal including meat, crackling, seasonal vegetables, new potatoes, apple sauce and stuffing, all smothered in our homemade onion gravy, and we also put together some garden-fresh salads for her and her forty guests to enjoy too.
Our chef and catering assistants arrived at the hotel venue several hours before service, and once our equipment was up in the marquee tent, we prepared the meat and set it cooking. Later on in the day, we added fresh carrots, peas and potatoes to the inside of the machine and started on the Caesar and Greek salads, and before too long we had a great feast awaiting the birthday girl and her hungry guests.
