At the start of December we had a Menu 3 hog roast in Stanwell Moor for New Image Stone Ltd. With a serve time of 1pm, we had an early morning get up to get everything prepared for the event. The client had opted for our popular Menu 3, with added butchers sausages, for 70 people. Our Menu 3 consists of our succulent Hog Roast with all the trimmings, 3 freshly made salads, a potato option and a vegetarian option – for the non meat eaters. With the venue being practically next door to an airport, we had some amazing views of planes landing and taking off. We arrived on site with plenty of time and quickly got to work making our fresh salads and vegetarian option. The hog roast in Stanwell Moor was another successful event, and we hope to be back again soon!
