We were contacted last week by Dylan who was organising a training day for his company. He told us how the staff had to do mandatory training each year to ensure everyone was up to speed on the new admin systems and customer policies. Dylan told us that in the past his staff had been demotivated on these days as they had to come in on their days off and spend hours staring at computer screens. This year Dylan decided he wanted to do something to make the day a little better and that’s where Hog Roast Bildeston came in! We were asked to be on site throughout the day to give the staff a hearty breakfast first thing in the morning to greet them when they arrived at work and then to give them a delicious meal to look forward to at lunch to break up the day.
For this style of corporate catering we knew just what was needed. For breakfast we would cook up some butcher’s selection sausages and fine cuts of bacon to be served on bread rolls with our chefs homemade chutney and lots of ketchup and brown sauce.
