Hog Roast Wells-next-the-Sea recently catered a party for Eddie, where he wanted us to provide two mains and some sides to please all of his thirty guests at home in his large back garden. We’re often asked to cater at our customers’ homes, and our trusty hog roast machines are always up to the task at hand. For Eddie, who had scoured our menus and had a hard time deciding between our winter warmer, Southern Slow Roast and loaded fries menus, he eventually decided that our simple albeit mouthwatering pigs in buns would be the best main option, with veggie skewers for the vegetarian guests, as well as sweet potato wedges with a kick and a huge bowl of our homemade coleslaw.
On the day of Eddie’s party, our team cooked up a storm, with lovely, fresh food to suit everyone invited, and by the end of the day, everything had been stripped clean.
