Hog Roast Somerton’s latest Client was fun loving Manager Gavin. Gavin wanted a fun and tasty buffet for his 7 office staff, in order to keep spirits up during what is turning out to be very unusual time.
Client Gavin worked with the Hog Roast Somerton team to come up with a tasty menu that would be sure to put a smile on his staff’s faces. As well as a tasty buffet paid for by their Manager, Gavin’s hardworking staff were also being given an early afternoon finish time!
Chef Paul arrived at the offices early in the morning, so that he had enough time to set up the cooking equipment and get to work on creating every dish fresh on site. As well as providing the buffet and Chef to help serve it at the buffet table, the catering package that was paid for by Client Gavin also included the use of disposable crockery and cutlery that the Hog Roast Somerton team would provide.
The main attraction at the buffet was the Classic Hog Roast, this was a delicious slow spit roasted pig that was served with crispy crackling, homemade stuffing and tasty apple sauce. Alongside this Classic Hog Roast there was a big basket of gluten free rolls for everyone to enjoy. There was also a large platter of grilled vegetable wraps, grilled vegetable and halloumi wraps and tasty BBQ pulled jackfruit. Finishing off the buffet was a Classic Cesar salad and a mountain of sweet potato fries.
The buffet went down a treat with the guests! Client Gavin was thrilled by the products of Chef Paul’s hard work.
Once the buffet had been enjoyed by everyone Chef Paul quietly packed away his cooking equipment. All the rubbish from the buffet, including the used disposable cutlery and crockery the Hog Roast Somerton team had provided, was gathered up and taken to be disposed of safely by Chef Paul.
The buffet had been a great success at raising morale and keeping Client Gavin’s workers very happy.
