Another dry, hot weekend has passed in Eyke and I can tell you it was a busy one! We had an early start on Saturday waking at 5am to get the pigs prepped and in the machines. Mid-morning came and we set off to our first destination catering for a small Christening.
We unloaded our van and set up our serving table and our pop up gazebo. After a lengthy 6 hours cooking time the pig was just about ready to carve. Everything looked and smelt delicious the guests queued up and helped themselves to an array of freshly made salads, succulent juicy meat and not forgetting the crispy crackling.
During the service we received some fantastic feedback from the host and guests. We even managed to secure a 2nd booking in Eyke while at the party for an event in the winter. We love nothing more than creating friendships with customers because without them we wouldn’t be doing what we loved.
