We do it all, so that you can sit back, relax, mingle with your guests and enjoy highly tasty food with them on the day and you don’t even have to clear everything way at the end, as we do all that too.
We recently catered a joint birthday and engagement party for Lisa and Ben, with both of them turning 35 around the same time and wanting to celebrate their engagement with their close friends and family members. They asked Hog Roast Hadleigh to provide something a bit different to the succulent pigs in buns that we had cooked them on numerous occasions in the past, at their family home, and when we told them about our amazing Southern Slow Roast Menu, it clearly hit the spot.
With your choice of three marinated main meats and several side dishes, plus a selection of tasty sauces, our usual condiments and a selection of fresh bread rolls and wraps, this menu has something for everyone and even a vegetarian option if required. The hardest part when choosing this menu may be deciding which of our delicious mains to serve – three of BBQ pork butt, Texan 24-hour beef brisket, Cajun-spiced whole roast chickens, Louisiana sticky pork ribs, and Creole lamb, all roasted low and slow (at a low temperature, slowly for several hours). You also get to choose four sides from a possible seven, from coleslaw, corn on the cob, jacket potatoes, spicy sweet potato wedges, mac and cheese, a Greek salad and a fresh leaf salad.
On the day of Lisa and Ben’s party, Hog Roast Hadleigh cooked up a storm with our Southern Slow Roast Menu and everyone loved our pork butt, lamb and chicken mains, as well as coleslaw, mac and cheese and two salads. When we cleared away after everyone had had their fill, everything had been stripped clean!
