Here at Hog Roast Thetford we like to share our food with as many people as possible. We see each and every event we are booked for an opportunity to create new customers for life and strive to make an excellent first impression every single time.
This week we had been contacted by Barbara from Falcon Tower Crane Services Limited to come and provide a corporate Hog Roast Thetford for one hundred of their corporate clients. The event was being hosted on Airfield Industrial Estate in Shipdham and catering manager Paul was busy planning the menu weeks in advance.
For such a large number of guests at this corporate event we wanted to make sure we provided only the very highest quality food possible. Barbara had requested our classic Hog Roast Thetford roast to be served at midday meaning we would have an early start to ensure the pig was roasted to perfection. Before the meat can be put into the machine to cook however the skin needs to be scored and salt applied in order to enable it to crisp up into mouth-watering crackling that our clients adore. Once this is done the meat roasts for several hours giving us time to prepare our homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing. Once the meat is cooked, we serve it up into freshly baked bread rolls and take a step back to watch our guests as they take their first bites.
The looks on everyone’s faces as they tucked into our Hog Roast Thetford food meant we instantly knew it was another job done well. So, well in fact that we were grateful to also receive some excellent client feedback from Barbara too:
