Our Celebration is one you will probably never have catered for before.  It was to celebrate my husband’s new life after a very successful bilateral lung transplant.  We wanted to thank everyone who had been involved, and naturally, as we will never do this again – we wanted our celebration to be perfect.  And it was – in every way. Never having had a Hog Roast in Yaxham before we weren’t sure what to expect, but Paul took the trouble to visit us prior to the event, explain what would happen, answer all our questions with great patience, and reassure us in every way.

The Party Day dawned sunny and bright, the marquees hadn’t blown away overnight and the snails hadn’t eaten all the flowers so painstakingly nurtured. While I hulled strawberries,  I didn’t even notice that Paul, Sarah and Jill had crept into the garden, erected their own gazebo, set up their Hog Roast and tables and were busily getting everything ready.  I so appreciated not being bombarded with a million questions and not once did they come into my kitchen.  They just quietly got on preparing the feast with true professionalism for our 80 guests.

When it was served, I can’t begin to describe how amazing it was.  The piggy was oinkingly tasty, beautifully presented, and the accompanying dishes were all more than fantastic.  I didn’t have to do a single thing which I so appreciated.

We have received so many compliments about our party – and so many requests for details of our “Caterers”.

Thank you so much Paul, Sarah and Gill.  You are an amazing team and worked so hard to make our celebration the success it was.
