Last Saturday, the team at Hog Roast Impington were honoured to cater for a very special occasion, a 50th anniversary celebration in the beautiful village of Impington, Cambridge. With almost 100 guests in attendance, the event was full of joy, laughter, and a true sense of togetherness as family and friends gathered to celebrate such an incredible milestone.
From the moment Hog Roast Impington arrived, we focused on ensuring every detail was managed smoothly. At Hog Roast Impington, we don’t just provide food; we deliver a complete service designed to take the stress away from hosting. From setting up in the morning to serving and clearing away, our friendly staff were on hand so the couple and their guests could simply relax and enjoy the day.
The centrepiece of the menu was our whole roasted pig with golden crackling, a signature of Hog Roast Impington. Cooked to perfection on-site, it created a fantastic focal point as guests watched it being carved. Served with apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing, and a selection of fresh bread rolls and wraps, the hog roast brought everyone together for a hearty and memorable meal.
