Our dedicated catering managers, Andrew and James, spent hours slow-roasting a full-size pig to perfection. Each sandwich was a masterpiece, featuring the perfect blend of flavours – from the crispy, lightly-salted crackling to the aromatic sage and onion stuffing, all complemented by the sweetness of our homemade applesauce.
